The title says it all. I reached out to customer service regarding a problem where I do not have the products I paid for. I received a generic initial response but then my next 6 emails have been completely ignored. Terrible business practices.
I spent a lot of money buying from gameflip to the extent that they asked me lots of times to provide details, once I got scammed, I provided indisputable evidence that I was scammed, the support didn't look at it and waited for the case to be closed and I lost my money.
Trash website, will never use again.
Edit: gameflip support is lying, I did provide all the info. The site is not taking responsibility for me getting scammed. There is a reason why a bunch of reviews are complaining about the same thing, buy at your own risk.

Gameflip is a really nice site I have been on the site for a short time and I am surprised at how easy it is to buy and sell things, it is even better than other similar sites.

Good service 90% of the time but have had issues with keys either wrong amount or key been used. Alway had a refund back. Has always proved that i have not received goods etc
To get a 5 star from me. I recommend changeing the buyers feedback to compulsory like you do for sellers. Because i hardly ever get feedback from sellers.
I've been both selling and buying from Gameflip for over 2+ years. I'm never worried when I place an order Gameflip will make sure the transaction is easy and simple as possible
Great place to buy rocket league and fortnite items along for other games

If you sold digital codes you'll get your money in short amount of time after it's been processed, for me it took 3 to 4 days but totally worth it
